Luanne Marshall is an award-winning luxury real estate expert possessing over 18 years of experience in the greater Houston area. Recognized as an industry leader and continuous top producer, this Houston native brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion into the world of luxury real estate evidenced by numerous industry awards she has achieved including west Houston Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate. Luanne is an energetic, hard-working professional who is thorough with all transactions, an effective communicator and an expert negotiator.

Luanne has extensive market knowledge throughout the greater Houston area and remains abreast of luxury market trends through her proficient analysis of the ever-evolving Houston market.  Her greatest passion is to deliver exemplary service and uncompromising dedication to her clients in every relationship. Her extensive referral network from previous clients is a testament to this devotion.

Prior to real estate, Luanne taught school for 18 years and created a fund-raising company for school athletes. These experiences attribute to her impressive network and skillset as an organized, detail oriented and results-driven agent.

Luanne received her Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St Thomas. She is a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kappa Alpha Theta alumni and a large supporter of Kids Meals and the Houston Food Bank.

She is happily married with 5 kids and 5 grandkids. When she isn’t selling real estate, she can be found at the Houstonian Club, her lake house or traveling with her husband.
